Tickets & Entry
How do tickets work?
Tickets are purchased online in advance. Choose your day (Thursday–Sunday) and a 2-hour shopping window. There’s a 15-minute reset between windows. Your ticket will show your time slot and entrance door (gate).
Please bring your QR e-ticket on your phone (or printed, if you prefer).
What’s the price?
General Admission: $12
Children under 12: $1
Do children need tickets?
Yes—every child needs a ticket. This ensures we count every guest for capacity and safety.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Digital tickets are perfect—just have your QR code ready on your phone. Printing is optional.
What if I miss my slot?
You can enter any time during your chosen 2-hour window. Once the window has ended, the ticket is no longer valid.
Can I stay longer than my entry window?
Each ticket is valid only for the 2-hour window you selected. You’re welcome to arrive any time within that window, but you’ll need to exit when it ends—even if you arrived late.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Yes. You may step out and re-enter during your 2-hour window by showing your ticket at the same door.
Can I get a refund or change my ticket?
We understand plans change.
- Refunds/changes: Please contact us by email or phone at least 24 hours before your time slot.
- To change time slots, cancel your existing ticket and repurchase for your preferred time.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you can’t attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before your window so someone else can book the spot.

Each vendor manages their own checkout. Most accept:
- Cash
- Debit and credit
- Some may also take e-transfer or mobile pay
Tip: bring a bit of cash—occasionally a terminal may be unavailable.
