Christmas at the Forum – Presented by DMS Enterprises Limited

1. Ticketing & Time Slot Entry

Tickets for Christmas at the Forum are sold exclusively online through our official ticketing platform. Each ticket grants access to the event during the specific date, time slot, and entry gate chosen at the time of purchase.

  • Non-Transferable: Tickets are valid only for the individual named at purchase and are not for resale.
  • Name Change Requests: If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, you must submit a written request in advance to our team at info@dmstradeshows.com for approval and system update.
  • Gate Entry: Guests must enter through the designated gate indicated on their ticket (Forum Gate, Civic Gate, or Bingo Hall Gate).
  • Re-Entry Policy: Guests may briefly exit and re-enter the building only within their active time-slot window. Once your time slot ends, re-entry is not permitted unless you hold a valid consecutive session ticket.

2. Rescheduling & Refunds

We understand that plans may change. At this time, our system does not allow direct rescheduling.

If you need to change your date or time slot, you will need to:

  1. Request a refund for your original ticket, and
  2. Rebook your preferred time slot (subject to availability).

Please note: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Timed Entry & Exit Procedures

Each time slot allows for a fixed period of shopping time. When your scheduled session nears its end, announcements will be made over the PA system. Guests are required to exit the building promptly once their time slot ends so that staff can complete the attendance count and prepare for the next group’s entry, ensuring we remain within capacity limits.

If you have purchased a back-to-back session, you must still exit the building briefly so that our team can complete this required safety check before readmission.

4. Building Conduct & Compliance

All attendees agree to follow the direction of Christmas at the Forum staff and Forum building personnel at all times. This includes:

  • Following the designated entry and exit procedures,
  • Respecting any posted safety signage, and
  • Complying with the instructions of staff managing building flow and crowd control.

These policies ensure compliance with Halifax Forum’s safety regulations and fire-capacity requirements.

5. $5 Shopping Voucher Program (Provided by Nova Scotia Loyal)

Every ticket purchased for Christmas at the Forum includes a $5 shopping voucher, redeemable at participating vendor booths.

  • Vouchers are distributed upon entry at your chosen gate.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us.

DMS Enterprises Limited collects only the information necessary to complete your ticket purchase and ensure a safe, well-organized event experience. Personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information is processed securely through our ticketing provider. We don’t save your payment information in our system.

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties.

Your contact information may be used solely by DMS Enterprises Limited to send future invitations or updates about Christmas at the Forum and related DMS Trade Shows events.

7. SMS Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number at checkout or on any form on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Christmas at the Forum related to your orders, event reminders, and—if you choose—marketing updates or promotions.

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
  • We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
