Who we are

Christmas at the Forum is an annual holiday makers market held in Nova Scotia. These terms apply to text messages sent by Christmas at the Forum to customers who opt in through christmasattheforum.com.

Our SMS program

When you purchase tickets on our website, you can choose to receive two types of text messages:

Order and event updates: confirmations about your ticket order, entry times, venue information, and changes to event dates or hours.

Promotions and reminders: announcements when tickets go on sale, partner offers, and reminders as the event approaches.

Each option is a separate checkbox at checkout. You can choose one, both, or neither.

Consent

By checking either SMS box and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Christmas at the Forum at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy tickets without opting in to any text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Order and event updates are sent only in relation to your purchase and the event. Promotions and reminders are sent seasonally, mostly in the weeks leading up to the event.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
